Designation – Shift Manager
Qualification – Any
Work Timings – 9 Hours (Rotational) per day
Working Days – 6 Days (Weekly off- Any day between Monday to Thursday)
Work Location – Mumbai (Multiple Outlet)
Gender - Only Male
Preferred Industry - Food & Beverages, Hotel & Restaurant, Quick Service Restaurant
Salary – up to Rs. 20000 in hand
Other Employee Benefits – ESIC & PF coverage
Experience – 6 Months+
Meat Handling: Candidates should be comfortable working with meat products (chicken, buff, pork).
Extra Perk Details:
Meal Allowance: ₹50 per day (based on number of present days)
Incentive: ₹500 to ₹2,000 per month (subject to store performance)
Loyalty Bonus: One month’s gross salary on completion of 18 months
Accidental Insurance: Coverage up to ₹5,00,000
Outlet Discount: 40% discount on food and beverages
We provide 4 meals in a month that comprise of 1 main (burger/wrap) + 1 drink + 1 side (tenders/fries etc), at no cost.
Job Description:
Duties andResponsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
- Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
- Handle customer and employee complaints
- Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met
- Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed
- Ensure recipes are followed properly
- Prepare COGS report
- Control on wastage and packaging.
Requirements and skills
- Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role
- Full understanding of industry safety standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as Word and
- Excel
- The ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as
- standing up for long hours and lifting heavy loads occasionally 5.
- Working well within a team
- 1-3 years of food and beverage service industry experience required
- Knowledge of food safety and danger zone
- Customer Service, Food Preparation, and cleaning skills
