Job Description:
Summary: Experience of 1 to 3 years in CRM.
Description:
• Performing administrative duties for CRM.
• Create, test, and implement new or modified forms, views, reports, templates, and dashboards that have been approved.
• Conduct periodic cleansing and audits of the database's data quality as necessary.
• Assigning a User profile, a Role, and under the profile, page-level access.
• Create or execute the workflow rules to the needs of the business.
• Keep data in the CRM system up to date, organized, and maintained to ensure accurate records of customer information like contact information, purchase history, and preferences.
• Additional responsibilities, including scheduling, planning, and logistics, may be needed to support the sales team's effective scheduling.
• Plan, test, and deploy solutions, new or modified Workflow rules, and authorized Fields.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement any integration.
• Manage and maintain applications to ensure system stability and availability.
• Create, test, and roll out forms, views, reports, templates, and dashboards that have been modified or added.
• Conduct regular database cleanup and audits of data quality as necessary.
• The assignment of a User profile, a Role, and access at the page level under the profile.
• Create/implement the workflow rules in line with business operations.
• By managing and keeping up with apps that support business activities, ensure system availability and stability.
• Performing all administrative duties for CRM
• Working as a SPOC between Clients and exchanging reports with the Organization
• Constant employee follow-ups according to business requirements and feedback requests
• Creation and installation of CRM analytics dashboards according to business requirements.
• As the organization's champion, you should train others to guarantee that both new and seasoned users can understand the CRM and support the system's expansion and development.
Basic Requirement
• Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail
• Strong number crunching and analytical skills – proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a prerequisite to this position.
Take ownership of the full process and problem- solving.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise, and confident) with the ability to manage internal and external relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines ensuring high-quality reports.
