Job Description:

Store In-charge
1. Inventory Management:
o Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure production efficiency.
o Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
o Monitor stock movements and update inventory records promptly.
2. Warehouse Management:
o Organize the warehouse for efficient space utilization.
o Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage to materials.
o Implement safety and security measures to protect inventory.
3. Order Fulfillment:
o Ensure timely dispatch of materials to production units.
o Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of raw materials.
o Manage returns and exchanges efficiently.
4. Team Management:
o Supervise and train store staff.
o Assign tasks and monitor performance.
o Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
5. Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions.
o Generate regular reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and turnover rates.
o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Logistics
1. Supplier Coordination:
o Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials.
o Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.
o Monitor supplier performance and address issues promptly.
2. Cost Control:
o Monitor and control logistics costs, including transportation, warehousing, and
Manpower handling.
o Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on service quality.
o Prepare and manage logistics budgets.
3. Process Improvement:
o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency.

o Adopt new technologies and best practices to streamline operations.
o Conduct regular reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
4. Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
o Implement safety protocols for handling and transporting hazardous
materials.
o Conduct regular safety training for logistics staff.

Inventory Management
1. Demand Forecasting:
o Analyze sales trends and production schedules to forecast inventory needs.
o Collaborate with sales and production teams to align inventory levels with
demand.
o Adjust inventory plans based on market changes and business goals.
2. Stock Optimization:
o Implement strategies to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
o Utilize inventory management software for accurate tracking and planning.
o Balance stock levels to meet production requirements and minimize holding
costs.
3. Quality Control:
o Ensure incoming materials meet quality standards and specifications.
o Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
o Address quality issues with suppliers and implement corrective actions.
4. Vendor Management:
o Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
o Evaluate supplier performance and reliability.
o Source alternative suppliers to mitigate risks.
5. Inventory Reporting:
o Generate regular reports on inventory status, turnover, and valuation.
o Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
o Ensure accurate and timely data entry into inventory systems.
