Job Description:

 

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI positions across Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Broking, and Financial Services sectors
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and database hiring
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews
  • Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Understand client requirements and close positions within timelines
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and follow-up records
  • Achieve monthly hiring and revenue targets

 

 

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
  • MBA/BBA with 0-2 years of work experience
  • Having good English speaking abilities
  • Should have little knowledge of Higher Education Industry
  • Knowledge of Linkedin, Excel, Whatsapp, Facebook is must
