Executive Manager Central Operations- Pune
Job Description:
1) Project management: lead and manage projects across the lending lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
2) BRD preparation: Draft and manage business requirement documents (BRD) in coordination with stakeholders to capture operational and system requirements.
3) KYC & compliance: ensure end-to-end processes adhere to regulatory and internal KYC norms and compliance standards.
4) Team coordination: coordinate with internal departments including sales, credit, risk, compliance, technology, and legal to ensure seamless project execution.
5) Testing & implementation: coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), resolve defects, and ensure smooth rollout of process/system changes.
6) Handling day to day activity related to Projects .
7) Adhoc activities: should handle Adhoc initiatives as directed by reporting manager.
8) Process improvement: continuously identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
