Executive/Sr. Executive - HR and Admin
Job Description:
Role Purpose
To manage end-to-end onboarding, support Talent Acquisition activities, and implement an effective Buddy System that enhances new employee integration and experience. The role ensures smooth HR operations, timely coordination with stakeholders, and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding & Induction
-
Manage the entire onboarding lifecycle—from offer roll-out to joining formalities.

Coordinate pre-joining documentation, background verification, and medical check-ups.

Conduct HR induction and facilitate functional induction with department heads.

Prepare and issue appointment letters, ID cards, access cards, and system login requests.

Maintain onboarding dashboard, MIS, and new-joiner data.
2. Buddy System Management
-
Allocate Buddies for all new joiners as per defined guidelines.

Communicate responsibilities to Buddies and ensure alignment.

Track 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day feedback from new joiners and Buddies.

Conduct engagement check-ins and ensure smooth assimilation into culture and processes.

Recommend improvements based on feedback trends.
3. Talent Acquisition (TA)

Support end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, reference networks, and internal databases.

Coordinate screening, interview scheduling, assessment tests, and candidate communication.

Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and pipeline dashboards.

Ensure timely alignment with hiring managers regarding requirements and selection status.

Support walk-in drives, college hiring, and vendor coordination when required.
4. HR Operations & Administration

Assist with employee file management, HRMS updates, and documentation control.

Support HR audit requirements, compliance records, and policy implementation.

Coordinate with Admin, IT, and departments for new-joiner essentials.

Provide assistance in employee engagement activities, communication, and grievance handling.
Required Skills & Competencies
-
Strong recruitment and sourcing skills (preferred for TA).

Good communication, coordination, and follow-up capabilities.

Knowledge of onboarding, HR processes, and statutory requirements.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Positive attitude, confidentiality, and professionalism.
