Job Description:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles.

Source candidates through job portals, references, and social platforms.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
-
Complete onboarding formalities and ensure smooth joining.
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
-
Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.

Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly inputs (attendance, overtime, incentives, etc.).
3. Statutory Compliance
-
Assist in maintaining compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Contract Labour, and factory laws.

Maintain HR documents, registers, and audit-related data.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
-
Assist in organizing employee activities, training programs, and engagement initiatives.

Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
5. Performance Management
-
Support the performance appraisal process and maintain evaluation records.
-
Coordinate training & development programs as per requirements.
6. HR Operations & Administration
-
Maintain employee records, HRIS, and personal files.
-
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards.

Coordinate with departments for HR-related support.
