Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services and generate interest.
  • Maintain call logs, customer data, and follow-up details.
  • Convert leads into appointments or sales as required.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up on leads shared by the marketing and sales teams.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating

 Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Good listening skills and customer-handling ability.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under targets and maintain consistency.
  • Graduate in any stream (Marketing background is a plus)
