Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products/services and generate interest.

Maintain call logs, customer data, and follow-up details.

Convert leads into appointments or sales as required.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.

Follow up on leads shared by the marketing and sales teams.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating
Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Good listening skills and customer-handling ability.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.

Ability to work under targets and maintain consistency.

Graduate in any stream (Marketing background is a plus)
