Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Management Consultant with strong exposure to contracts, procurement, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end contract development, review, and compliance.

Oversee procurement processes and ensure adherence to guidelines.

Support PPP project documentation, governance, and execution.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for contract lifecycle management.

Mitigate risks and ensure timely resolution of contractual issues.
Requirements:

Degree in Law, Contract Management, or Project Management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts and procurement.

Strong understanding of PPP frameworks and government processes.

Excellent documentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
