Job Description:

Location:

Pune (On-site role at developer office + project site)

Compensation:

Fixed CTC: ₹70,000 – ₹90,000 per month
Variable Pay: Uncapped incentives with On-Target Earnings (OTE structure)
Travel Reimbursement: ₹8/km for personal 4-wheeler and ₹3/km for personal 2-wheeler for customer and CP OBM visits

Work Schedule:

Six-day working
Weekly Off: Monday/Tuesday
Mandatory site duty on Saturday & Sunday


Role Purpose

This role involves leading a team of 6–8 members (lead-generation + closers) to drive project launch, activation, and sustained sales for an exclusive mandate. You will expand and activate the regional channel partner (RCP) network, ensure continuous site visits, support closures, and maintain strong CRM discipline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, expand, and nurture the channel partner network across Pune

  • Coach, guide, and motivate the sales team through training sessions and daily huddles

  • Actively support the team in deal closures and personally drive high-priority conversions

  • Ensure strong reporting, forecasting accuracy, and impeccable CRM hygiene

  • Drive site footfalls through CP activation and direct customer engagement

  • Monitor launch-to-sustenance sales cycle and ensure targets are met consistently


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of front-line real estate sales experience with a developer or mandate-sales firm (brokerage back-office experience not counted)

  • Experience leading at least one full project launch cycle (soft launch to sustenance)

  • Proven leadership experience managing a team of at least 4 members

  • Strong and established CP relationships in West Pune

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms

  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi

  • Strong negotiation and customer handling skills

  • Good understanding of MahaRERA, stamp duty, and agreement clauses


Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with digital lead funnels (Meta, Google, 99acres, Housing, etc.)

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Real Estate
