Job Description:
An HR Executive for an amusement park is responsible for managing all aspects of human capital, including recruitment for seasonal and year-round staff, employee relationsonboardingpayroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key duties include coordinating training, organizing employee engagement activities to boost morale, and assisting with performance management to maintain a positive and safe environment for both guests and staff, especially during peak season. 
 
Key responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting and candidate screening to offer letters and onboarding for a potentially large seasonal workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflicts, acting as a mediator between staff and management to foster a positive and supportive work culture.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, manage attendance records, and administer employee benefits like health insurance and leave.
  • Compliance and Policy: Ensure the park adheres to all labor laws and employment regulations and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Performance Management: Support department heads in performance appraisals, training, and development to help employees grow and improve.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute activities, events, and wellness programs to improve employee morale and engagement, which is crucial during high-stress seasons.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and handle exit formalities for departing employees.
