Job Summary
The Administration Manager will oversee and manage end-to-end administrative and facility operations across multiple retail locations from a central office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workplace management, coordinating support services, optimizing resources, and maintaining high facility standards to support business operations efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure seamless facility functioning across all retail outlets.
Manage housekeeping, security, pantry, transport, CCTV surveillance, and maintenance services.
Ensure vendor management including evaluation, negotiation, contract execution, and performance monitoring.
Supervise procurement of office supplies, stationery, furniture, uniforms, and other administrative goods.
Maintain and monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for equipment, infrastructure, and utilities.
Handle lease agreements, property management, municipal renewals, licenses, and statutory compliances.
Develop and implement policies/SOPs to improve administrative efficiency across locations.
Coordinate repairs, refits, and upgrades for retail stores and corporate premises.
Plan and manage logistics for events, corporate meetings, and store openings.
Maintain accurate administrative expense records and ensure budget adherence.
Lead and manage administrative staff, vendors, and on-ground support teams.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance standards across all facilities.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of facility management in a multi-location retail environment.
Experience handling vendors, contracts, and compliance documents.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of asset management, safety protocols, and budget control.
Proficient in MS Office, record-keeping, reporting & administrative dashboards.
