Job Description:

Job Title: CRM Executive – Jewellery Industry

Experience: 4+ Years

CTC – Upto 60K

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate pricing, costing, and quotations for jewellery orders.
  • Manage order processing from enquiry to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for approvals, payments, and feedback.
  • Update customer records and order details in EMR / Diaspark / Right Click.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, design, purchase, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
  • Track order status, delays, and customer requirements, and share timely updates with management.

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in CRM / Sales Coordination in the Jewellery industry.
  • Excellent follow-up, communication, and documentation skills.

Graduate in any discipline
