Job Description:
Job Title: CRM Executive – Jewellery Industry
Experience: 4+ Years
CTC – Upto 60K
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate pricing, costing, and quotations for jewellery orders.
- Manage order processing from enquiry to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for approvals, payments, and feedback.
- Update customer records and order details in EMR / Diaspark / Right Click.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, design, purchase, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Track order status, delays, and customer requirements, and share timely updates with management.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in CRM / Sales Coordination in the Jewellery industry.
- Excellent follow-up, communication, and documentation skills.
Graduate in any discipline
