Hiring: Lead Generation & Marketing Executive – Surat

Location: Sarthana Jakatnaka, Varachha Road, Surat.
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Position:-
The Lead Generation & Marketing Executive will support the Sales and Marketing teams in generating qualified leads, building databases, managing CRM, supporting digital campaigns, and engaging prospective clients. The role demands a proactive, extroverted, and communication-strong individual who can confidently interact with industry decision-makers and manage the complete initial marketing funnel.

Requirements:-

Educational Qualification:-
MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
OR Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com / BE with marketing interest)

Experience:- 0.6 - 3years

Personality & Communication:-
* Extrovert, energetic, and confident
* Strong English & Hindi communication
* Comfortable speaking with contractors, purchase teams, EPC companies, and govt. departments
* Professionally presentable with good etiquette

Skills Required:-
* Industrial lead generation, B2B calling, CRM follow-ups
* Database research (contractors, EPC, tenders, infra projects)
* Cold calling, warm calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, LinkedIn outreach
* Basic understanding of social media campaigns, email campaigns, Google/Meta ads
* Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho or similar)
* Basic Excel, MIS reporting, and coordination skills
* Industry knowledge in infrastructure, precast, machinery (added advantage)

Responsibilities:-

1. Lead Generation & Database Building
* Identify and qualify contractors, EPC firms, builders, government agencies, and precast manufacturers
* Daily calling to new leads
* Extract leads from IndiaMart, tender portals, LinkedIn, Google, and existing databases
* Update all lead information in CRM

2. Digital Marketing Support
* Coordinate with the design team for social media creatives
* Prepare and post machinery benefits, product videos, site photos
* Schedule regular content across platforms
* Assist in running paid ads when required

3. Marketing Funnel Activities
* Conduct initial prospect contact and need analysis
* Transfer qualified leads to the Sales Manager
* Follow up to maintain funnel health
* Coordinate brochures, catalogues, and proposals

4. Sales Coordination
* Share inquiries with relevant segment heads
* Follow up with estimation engineers for quotations
* Track proposal status and update CRM

5. Event & Site Visit Coordination
* Support exhibitions, dealer meets, client visits, and machinery demonstrations

6. Reporting & Documentation
* Maintain daily lead sheet, follow-up MIS, call logs, and weekly conversion summaries
* Update the Sales & Marketing Manager daily
