Job Description:

1. Sales & Business Development
 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for TMT Bars.
 Generate new business opportunities through dealers, distributors, and direct customers.
 Develop and expand customer base in the assigned territory.
 Identify and pursue business with builders, contractors, architects, and infrastructure
companies.
2. Market & Dealer Management
 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
 Appoint new dealers/distributors in potential markets.
 Ensure regular follow-ups with channel partners for order generation and collections.
3. Market Intelligence & Reporting
 Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
 Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
 Gather feedback from customers and recommend strategies for product positioning.
4. Customer Service & Collection
 Ensure on-time delivery and resolve customer complaints.

 Follow up for timely payments and credit control.
 Provide technical guidance regarding product quality and usage, if required.
