Sales Manager (Sourcing)-Real Estate-Mumbai(Santacruz)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing clients with home buying requirements
• Reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings.
• Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested CPs.
• Responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity.
• Lookout for high performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to drive the CPs for lead generation.
• Coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure.
• Addressing any queries, doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.

Education and Experience:
• Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Real estate sales
• Knowledge & experience in Channel partner sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
