Job Description – Senior QA/QC Executive


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA/QC Executive who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, packing materials, and finished products (Rubber & Plastic) as per SOPs and industry standards. The role involves laboratory testing, documentation, audits, and supporting continuous improvement in quality processes.


Key Responsibilities

Quality Testing & Analysis

  • Analyze and release raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods as per approved methods/SOPs.

  • Conduct various laboratory tests and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

  • Maintain proper identification of inspection and test status in the laboratory.

  • Perform IPQC/IPQA during different stages of manufacturing.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain and update QA records in line with ISO guidelines.

  • Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) based on customer requirements or internal standards.

  • Provide detailed test reports to the QA Manager and higher authorities when required.

  • Issue labels for samples and finished products.

Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards within the laboratory.

  • Implement statistical techniques for quality improvement.

  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate during customer audits and ISO audits.


Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes (Rubber & Plastic industry preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and instruments

  • Understanding of ISO documentation & audit requirements

  • Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset


    Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
    Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
