Job Description:

Role Purpose:

To lead, mentor, and drive a sourcing team responsible for activating and managing channel partners across Mumbai micro-markets, ensuring consistent funnel generation and contribution towards mandate sales targets.

Work Allocation:

  • CP Sourcing—60% Lead a team of sourcing managers and ensure daily CP visits, registrations, and funnel build-up. Conduct training, reviews, and field audits.
  • Business Development—25%: Personally engage with key CPs and institutional channel networks. Build strategic relationships to expand the CP base.
  • Performance Review and Reporting—10% Daily CRM review to ensure call logs, pipeline hygiene, and conversion tracking. Conduct weekly performance reviews.
  • Coordination - 5% Liaise with closures, CRM, and marketing teams for seamless funnel handover and alignment on CP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sourcing team field operations across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Western & SOBO zones—100% team productivity on daily field coverage
  • Build & nurture CP network; ensure onboarding & engagement—300+ CPs onboarded quarterly (team + self)
  • Conduct CP trainings, certification drives, and roadshows—2–3 events/month.
  • Review daily call & visit logs; maintain CRM discipline—100% logging compliance
  • Drive CP-led lead flow to achieve funnel contribution—8–10 site visits/week via CP per team member
  • Mentor team on communication, objection handling, and CRM—weekly coaching sessions
  • Share weekly MIS reports and market intelligence—every Monday review

 Candidate Profile—Must Haves:

  • Domain—Must have worked with a builder or mandate firm in a CP sourcing leadership role.
  • Team Management—Experience managing 4–6 sourcing executives with measurable output
  • Area Familiarity—Deep knowledge of Mumbai–Thane, Navi Mumbai, Western & SOBO markets
  • Relationship Network—Strong connects with 100+ active CPs
  • People Skills—Excellent communication, negotiation, and & mentoring skills
  • Languages—Marathi (preferred), Hindi, English
  • Location—Candidate must be based in Mumbai and willing to travel occasionally to Pune/projects
  • Tech Tools—CRM, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Mobility—Must own a two-wheeler with valid license

Reporting To: Sales Head

Working Days: 6 days/week (weekends mandatory), Tuesdays off

Travel Reimbursement: Local travel actuals or ₹3/km (bike), ₹7/km (car),

Incentives: Performance-based team and & individual incentives linked to CP-driven bookings.

Experience: 

Mandatory minimum 5 years of experience in Category A or B builder-side or mandate firm.
Proven track record in CP network sourcing and team handling.
Should have an active network with 200+ established Channel Partners across Mumbai, of which at
least 60+ CPs should be actively working in Pune and 100+ CPs interested in selling NA Plots near
Panvel
Strong relationship-building, mentoring, and leadership skills are essential.
