Sales Engineer ( North India)
Job Description:
Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Engineer to manage the North India region for a global automation and machine-control solutions company. The candidate must come from an agricultural equipment manufacturing background, with strong exposure to dealers, distributors, and field sales.
Key Responsibilities

Manage sales across Haryana, Punjab, and North India.

Handle dealer and distributor relationships in the agri-equipment market.

Conduct product demos, field trials, and technical presentations.

Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams for orders, dispatch, and support.

Visit the Gandhinagar office as required.
Requirements
-
3+ years' experience in an Agricultural Equipment Manufacturing company.

Strong understanding of tractors, implements, harvesters, or precision-agri products.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Must be based in Haryana or Punjab, with willingness to travel.

Valid driving license.
