Technical Trainer - Electrical Trade

Job Description:

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in the electrical or electronics field.
• Strong experience in teaching or conducting practical sessions related to electrical
and electronics.
• Preference will be given to candidates having prior teaching experience in ITI –
Electrical or Electronics trades.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct theory and practical training sessions as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
• Ensure safety compliance during all practical sessions.
• Guide and mentor students to develop technical and professional skills.
• Maintain student attendance, progress, and evaluation records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth training
operations.
