Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Handle full-cycle recruitment for mid-level and senior-level roles in the pharmaceutical domain.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, references, headhunting).
• Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pharma talent for critical roles.
• Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding processes.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Required Skills & Experience
• 4–7 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of pharma functions such as sales, manufacturing, R&D, QA/QC, supply chain, etc.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, portals, and talent sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring mandates.
