Job Description:
Role Overview
We are looking for skilled Technical Staff with hands-on experience in CNC machine operation and programming. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical experience in machining processes, and the ability to handle CNC machines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines (Turning/Milling/VMC/HMC as applicable).

Perform CNC machine programming and set-ups as per job requirements.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining instructions.

Monitor machine operations, ensure precision, and maintain quality standards.

Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.

Ensure production targets are met within the required timelines.

Maintain safety and operational protocols in the machine shop.
Skills & Competencies
-
Strong knowledge of CNC operations and programming (G-Code, M-Code).

Experience with machine controls such as FANUC / Siemens / Haas (if applicable).

Ability to measure, inspect, and ensure dimensional accuracy.

Understanding of tools, fixtures, and machining processes.

Good problem-solving and technical understanding.
