Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.

Generate leads from contractors, construction companies, mining companies, infrastructure firms, and government projects.

Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for excavators and attachments.

Conduct product presentations, site visits, and demos to showcase machine performance.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, fleet owners, operators, and procurement teams.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate models or attachments.

Provide timely solutions to customer queries and coordinate with service teams for after-sales support.
3. Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.

Collect customer feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams.

Identify potential segments or regions for new product penetration.
4. Sales Operations

Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, and negotiation strategies.

Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM entries.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for timely delivery.
5. Dealer/Channel Management (if applicable)

Support dealers in lead generation, product training, and closing sales.

Ensure dealer performance aligns with company targets.

Conduct sales training for dealer executives.
