Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.

  • Generate leads from contractors, construction companies, mining companies, infrastructure firms, and government projects.

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for excavators and attachments.

  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and demos to showcase machine performance.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, fleet owners, operators, and procurement teams.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate models or attachments.

  • Provide timely solutions to customer queries and coordinate with service teams for after-sales support.

3. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.

  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams.

  • Identify potential segments or regions for new product penetration.

4. Sales Operations

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, and negotiation strategies.

  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM entries.

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for timely delivery.

5. Dealer/Channel Management (if applicable)

  • Support dealers in lead generation, product training, and closing sales.

  • Ensure dealer performance aligns with company targets.

  • Conduct sales training for dealer executives.
