Job Description:

Qualification:  B.Sc + PGDPCM preferably from Vaze College /or M.Sc /or B.Tech / M.Tech in Cosmetic Technology /or  Chemical Engineering with knowledge of Cosmetics, Dermatology & General Chemicals.

Age limit: 30 to 40 years.

Job Description / Requirement

1. With at least  7 to 8 years’ experience in marketing ingredients / bulk products / raw materials of cosmetics, personal care, pharma, food, Speciality Chemical Products for Industrial Application etc;
2. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
3. Should be able to develop new customers in above fields, cater to existing customers, providing technical support to manufacturers for their various products;
4. Demonstrate ability to communicate present & influence credibly and effectively all level of organisation, Business Partners & Customers;
5. Should be technically strong to manage the R & D Lab and should be able to introduce new innovative concepts and products;
6. Should be ready to travel within the City and in other States for promoting products of the Company;
7. Should be well versed in managing local stock and sales;
8. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
9. Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and acquire new principles (national /international) and ensure its strong presence in the market;
10. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;
11. Build and promote strong long-lasting relationship with customers and business partners by understanding their needs and providing them mutually benefited business solution;
12. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management Team;
