Job Description:
Position: Manual Tester
Experience: 3+ Years
CTC: Up to ₹7.5 LPA
Location: Mumbai
Candidate Location: Maharashtra only (no other locations)
Domain Requirement:
Mandatory experience in General / Health Insurance
Role & Responsibilities:
Manual testing of insurance-based applications
Understand and test health insurance workflows (policy, claims, endorsements, renewals)
Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios
Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing
Log, track, and validate defects
Coordinate with development and business teams for issue resolution
Mandatory Skills:
3+ years of experience in Manual Testing
Strong exposure to General Health Insurance domain
Good understanding of SDLC & STLC
Clear knowledge of insurance processes and terminology
