Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, visit, and acquire new industrial clients for rooftop solar projects.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and market mapping.
  • Present company solutions, technical offerings, and financial benefits to clients.
  • Coordinate with the design and technical team for proposals and quotations.
  • Follow-up for negotiations, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets.
  • Maintain CRM entries, sales reports, and customer follow-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and market influencers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Solar industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to perform field sales and frequent site visits.
  • Basic understanding of solar rooftop systems (added advantage).
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
