Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, visit, and acquire new industrial clients for rooftop solar projects.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and market mapping.
- Present company solutions, technical offerings, and financial benefits to clients.
- Coordinate with the design and technical team for proposals and quotations.
- Follow-up for negotiations, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain CRM entries, sales reports, and customer follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and market influencers.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Solar industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform field sales and frequent site visits.
- Basic understanding of solar rooftop systems (added advantage).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
- Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
