Job Description:
TITLE: Field Sales Executive
REPORTS TO: Hub Head
DEPARTMENT HEAD: VP Sales
PEERS: Sales, Tender and Service Team
OTHER KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Dealers, Vendors, Buyers, Purchase Managers and end users.
- We are looking for an Inside Sales – Male who is able to communicate sales promotions to customers to grow average customer account size.
- Prioritized daily workflows, including all inbound calls, quotes, and sales-related inquiries.
- Maintained friendly and professional customer interactions at all times.
- Answered customers’ questions regarding products, prices, and availability.
- Have a work experience of Govt Business (preferable).
- Able to generate revenue through Govt Tenders, Business.
- Proficient in making Budgetary Sales Quotations, Basic Proposals etc.
- Good Communication & Negotiation skills
- Will travel across the UP region
Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
Greet customers and create rapport
Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders
Responsible for customer follow-up
Developing leads and referrals
Develops Sales opportunities
Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Graduate/ Post Graduate
Excellent verbal, written communication & Excellent MS Office knowledge
3+ years of experience in medical equipment sales (govt. & Pvt. sale) 30
Must be knowledgeable on high ticket value products 10
Possess excellent customer service skills 20
Knowledge on GeM & other govt. procurement platform
