Job Description:
Sales Engineer
1. Working with management to implement the company's policies and goals.
2. Vendor approvals with big private clients and government clients
3. Updating customer database on CRM systems
4. Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
5. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
6. Tendering and searching of tenders from portals etc.
7. Studying enquiries and making technical/commercial offers
8. Provide daily/weekly/monthly report of the sales work
9. Prospecting electrical contractors for business
10. Promote sales by building customer relations and good service.
11. Offering technical inputs to clients
12. Meeting prospective and existing customers regularly
13. Making Sales Reports
14. Looking out for new projects and expansion in existing plants.
15. Looking out for govt. and semi-govt. tenders.
16. Following up with the existing clients to get the feedback on products.
17. Follow up of offers made to clients
18. Demonstrate to the client how our product meets his needs.
29. Communicating with existing clients to enquire about spares and expansions.
20. Advertising and promotion of the company and products
21. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by using marketing skills.
