Job Description:
JD of service engineer
1. Troubleshooting at customers’ sites.
2. Travel to various sites at short notice anywhere in India and abroad.
3. Submitting service reports with expense sheets
4. Providing technical back up
5. Manage quality control of all product and ensure its is of highest quality
6. Maintain, test and trouble shoot all testing instruments
7. Maintain all standards with its latest editions
8. Installation work of the system supplied
9. Inspect raw materials and ensure consistency and integrity
10. In charge of testing of all Products of the company
11. Improvement in the working processes
12. Harmonic study and Energy studies
13. Generating business for the company for spare and maintenance contracts
14. Ensure timely calibration of all testing equipment
15. Creating an effective and efficient testing protocol
16. All type tests of products to be conducted periodically
