Technical Services Head
Job Description:
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced State Technical Services Head to lead our operations in the Northeast region, based at Guwahati. This role will report directly to the PAN India Technical Services Head and will be responsible for driving technical engagement, sales growth, and team leadership in the Premium TMT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Technical Sales & Services team across the North East region.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate business through technical engagement and relationship building.
- Build strong networks with Masons, Engineers, Individual Home Builders (IHBs), Contractors, and Promoters to drive product adoption and sales.
- Provide technical training, demonstrations, and support to stakeholders to ensure correct usage and application of TMT products.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align technical services with business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports to the PAN India Technical Services Head.
Requirements
- Education: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in a team-leading role within Technical Sales/Services.
- Industry Exposure: Prior working experience in Grey Cement or TMT industry is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams.
- Business Orientation: Strong track record of generating business through technical engagement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, networking, and presentation abilities.
- Location: Based in Guwahati, with willingness to travel extensively across the North East region.
