Job Description:
Develop and execute annual marketing strategies, brand plans, and campaigns for the Ortho portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 product executives/managers, driving performance and capability development.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Design and implement promotional inputs, digital marketing initiatives, and doctor-engagement programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and Training teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Drive brand profitability, lifecycle management, and ROI optimization.
• Plan and execute new product launches in the Ortho therapy area.
• Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and drive scientific communication.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, regulatory norms, and ethical marketing practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing with strong exposure to Orthopedic therapy (mandatory).
• Proven experience in brand management, strategy formulation, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple brands, tight deadlines, and fast-paced environments.
