Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Location: Ballard Pier / Fort


Role Overview

We are committed to reviving India’s heirloom food heritage through sustainable sourcing, ethical farming partnerships, and high-quality indigenous grains and products. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-centric Admin Supervisor who can support daily operations while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

The Admin Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, support cross-department coordination, manage customer service interactions, and ensure smooth operations across sales, marketing, logistics, and social media communications. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of responsibility.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Daily follow-up on office functioning, including supplies, housekeeping, vendor coordination, and maintenance.

  • Ensure smooth workflow across teams by managing schedules, reminders, and operational checklists.

  • Maintain office records, documentation, and internal communications.

  • Coordinate with the procurement team for stock updates, inward/outward movement, and warehouse-related requirements.

  • Support basic HR functions such as attendance tracking, onboarding paperwork, and team coordination.

Customer Care & Order Management

  • Handle customer queries through email, WhatsApp, website, and social media DMs.

  • Resolve issues related to online orders, delivery delays, product inquiries, and returns/refunds.

  • Coordinate with the fulfillment/warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction logs and escalate recurring issues for process improvements.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Management, or related fields.

  • 2–4 years of experience in admin, operations, or customer service roles.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM or order management tools.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and take ownership of tasks.

  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team-first approach.

  • Experience in D2C, FMCG, or retail brands is an added advantage.
