Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, cold calling, and email outreach.
  2. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including features, benefits, and applications.
  4. Sales Calls and Demos: Conduct sales calls, product demos, and presentations to customers and prospects.
  5. Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales deals.
  6. Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  7. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales engineering, and customer success.
  8. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements and Skills

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Product sales
  3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  4. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  5. Product Knowledge and Technical Skills: Ability to learn and demonstrate product knowledge, with basic technical skills.
  6. Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
