Job Title: Payroll Manager – Jewellery Manufacturing

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager with 3–5 years of experience in payroll operations, ideally within manufacturing or jewellery sectors. The candidate will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure statutory compliance, and optimize payroll operations using payroll software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle payroll for all employees, including factory staff, artisans, office staff, and contract workers.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS, labour laws, and other legal requirements.
• Handle payroll calculations for multiple shifts, piece-rate production incentives, overtime, and bonuses.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports for management and statutory authorities.
• Use payroll software to streamline processes and ensure timely salary disbursements.
• Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, salary revisions, and leave management.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries efficiently.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 5-6 years of payroll management experience, preferably in manufacturing or jewellery sectors.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software (Tally, SAP, ADP, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with payroll audits and statutory reporting.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll automation tools.
