Job Description:

Position:          HR Executive

Location:         Fort - Mumbai

Experience:      2 - 4 Years

Industries:       Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, joining, and exit formalities.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Managing day-to-day HR operations and office administration.
  • Conducting employee inductions and orientations.
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and guest management.
  • Maintaining compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and bonus calculations.
  • Posting job openings and screening resumes.
  • Efficiently managing HRMS/HRIS systems and data in Excel.
  • Supporting overall HR coordination and assistance.

Required Skills

  • Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, with the ability to handle multiple HR and administrative tasks.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 4.00 LPA
