Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the studio and ensure smooth workflow
Provide expert guidance to customers on interior furnishings and décor
Increase sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement
Manage product displays, stock levels, and vendor coordination
Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and ensure timely order delivery
Handle team supervision, scheduling, and performance tracking
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management / interior furnishings / home décor
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Knowledge of curtains, blinds, wallpapers, carpets & related products preferred
Result-driven with sales achievement mindset
Good organizational and leadership skills
