Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Campaign Management: Design and run digital (SEO, PPC, social media) and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close deals.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for satisfaction and retention.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials (presentations, brochures, social posts).
- Data Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on sales/marketing data to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- Events: Coordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales and/or marketing roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, MS Office, marketing automation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written/oral), negotiation, project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Result-driven, organized, collaborative, and ability to work under pressure.
