Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business goals
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors
• Lead long-term financial planning and forecasting

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting as per statutory requirements
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Develop annual budgets and track performance against targets
• Implement cost-control measures to improve operational efficiency
• Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and legal requirements (GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.)
• Manage internal and external audits
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

Treasury & Fund Management

• Manage banking relationships, funding, and liquidity planning
• Oversee debt management and capital structuring
• Evaluate investment opportunities and ROI

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
• Establish strong internal controls and financial processes
• Drive performance and capability development within the team

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and sales teams
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making
• Support expansion, mergers, or capital investment initiatives
