Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and expand customer base
Conduct field visits, client meetings & product presentations
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales/marketing targets
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly visit reports
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with production team
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and market research
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of packaging/manufacturing products
Existing client network (preferred)
Ability to achieve targets and work independently
Good understanding of market trends & competition
