Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: 
    Coordinate job postings, interviews, hiring, and new employee orientation. 
     
  • Employee Management: 
    Maintain records, handle documentation, manage payroll/benefits, and address employee queries/issues. 
     
  • Policy & Compliance: 
    Implement HR policies, ensure labor law compliance, and assist with training. 
     
  • Employee Engagement: 
    Organize events, team-building, and surveys to foster a positive environment. 
     
Administration (Admin): 
 
  • Office Operations: Manage supplies, inventory, maintenance, and vendor contracts.
  • Facilities: Oversee office cleanliness and equipment.
  • Support: Assist management with projects, internal communications, and general administrative tasks.
