Job Description: Draftsmen (Male/Female)
Work Location: Thane
Experience: 4-5 Years
Working time : 10 am to 6.30 PM (3rd Saturday and all Sunday off)
Male/female
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist architects and engineers in developing plans as per UDCPR, MIDC CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA, MMRDA, NMRDA, MSRDC, etc.
• Create and modify technical drawings as per regulatory norms.
• Assist in plan development and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws and building codes.
• Support documentation for approvals and submissions.
• Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting software
