Job Title: Project Manager – High Rise Building Projects

Location: Guwahati
Salary: ₹1,50,000 per month
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage high-rise residential/commercial building projects (G+30 and above). The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Mivan shuttering/formwork systems and overall building construction, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, cost control, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects (G+30), including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Oversee construction activities using Mivan shuttering/formwork systems and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; take corrective actions to meet project objectives.

• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Review and approve method statements, work schedules, and material submittals.

• Conduct site meetings and prepare regular progress reports for management.

• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure daily productivity and quality output.

• Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site promptly.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in high-rise building construction (G+30 floors).

• Strong expertise in Mivan shuttering/formwork technology.

• In-depth knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and structural executions.

• Excellent project planning, leadership, and team management skills.

• Strong understanding of construction safety and quality standards.

• Proficient in project reporting and coordination.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in high-rise building construction using Mivan shuttering or major building projects.
