Job Description:

• Sales & Lead Management: Make frequent outbound calls to prospect, qualify leads, present product/service benefits, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, address concerns, resolve issues, and build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Database & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM software, and provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.
• Product Expertise: Develop comprehensive knowledge of all products/services to effectively pitch and answer questions. 

• Experience: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar phone-based sales role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Attributes: Persistent, results-driven, self-motivated, resilient (able to handle rejection), and a strong team player.
• Technical: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and basic computer skills.
• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is often preferred.
