Job Description:
- Planning according to the customer schedule.
- Man power allocation according to schedule.
- Providing on job training to new joiners.
- Preparing work instructions.
- Reductions of defects through QC activities.
- Responsible for production, plan adherence & quality of products.
- Effective use of Man, Machine& Materials.
- Responsible for carrying out productivity improvements projects like set up reduction time,
- cycle time reduction ,total productive maintenance.
- Troubleshooting run time breakdowns, maintenance.
- SOP revisions & updating.
- Rejection elimination.
- Knowledge of VMC machines & operations.
- Knowledge of VMC programming ,Saving , Hibbing and Setting.
- Maintaining proper tooling & instruments for maintaining the standards in manufacturing.
- Coordination with production managers & team leaders during customer audits/quality audits.
- Responsible for 5s & TPM
- Implementation for suggestion & kaizens.
- Being a safety committee member, responsible for safety in the shift.
