Associate AI Solutions Engineer

About the Role
In this role, you will work directly with clients and internal solution teams to co-build AI agents and ensure successful adoption of the Cimba platform. You will help customers translate business processes into structured agentic workflows, troubleshoot their challenges, and collaborate to refine AI-driven outcomes.
This is a hands-on role where you will frequently interact with AI models, business data, and workflow logic. You’ll play a key part in shaping how clients use AI to solve their day-to-day problems, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and working closely with users.
You will:
- Partner with clients to understand their business processes and convert them into agentic flows.
- Support clients in building, testing, and refining AI agents.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in agent performance, workflows, and logic.
- Review and validate AI-generated SQL/Python queries and incorporate corrections where needed.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and improve platform capabilities.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Strong analytical ability to break down complex processes and convert them into step-by-step natural-language instructions for AI agents.
- Working knowledge of Python and SQL, including the ability to interpret AI-generated queries, identify inaccuracies, and refine them to improve agent clarity and reliability.
- Solid understanding of data concepts and the ability to connect data fields to relevant business actions or decision-making paths.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining logic, workflows, and troubleshooting steps in simple language.
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset—comfortable iterating, debugging, and experimenting with AI behaviours.
Good to Have
- Experience in process automation, analytics, or no-code/low-code tools.
- Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, or agentic frameworks.
- Prior client-facing or solution-engineering experience.
