Production Manager

Job Description:

ü  Made layout in Aluminum Foundry, HPDC, LPDC & GDC machines, Melting & Holding furnaces, shot blasting & other finishing equipment.

ü  Follow up with Machine makers, Die makers & coordination with in-house projects team for the setup of the Die Casting shop.

ü  Planning & Recruiting of manpower (staff & operators) based on projected production plan .

ü  Establishing Systems in the plant from melting till dispatch as a part of QMS to qualify for ISO & TS requirements for HPDC, LPDC & GDC.

ü  Getting the quotes from different suppliers for all required consumables & other material & procuring the necessary stock through the purchase department.

ü  After installation of all the machines & equipment, I am looking after Production, Quality , (NPD)New Product Development & Die Maintenance.
