Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline day-to-day operational activities across multiple locations sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient machinery management, stock control, field team supervision, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
 Machinery & Equipment Management: Ensure proper setup, maintenance, deployment, and utilization of marine machinery, engines, generators, pump systems, hydraulics, and related equipment. Monitor performance, schedule maintenance, and ensure machinery readiness for operations.
• Stock & Inventory Control: Manage stock levels across locations, including spares, consumables, and critical parts. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct periodic audits, and coordinate with procurement for replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Employee & Site Management: Supervise and support on-site teams including technicians, operators, and support staff. Provide leadership, training, performance feedback, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Resolve on-site issues quickly and maintain a productive work environment.
 Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, logistics, and finance to align operational goals. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and partners to support project deliveries and service commitments.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures.


Candidate Profile:
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in operations management, preferably in marine, industrial equipment, or heavy machinery sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and teams independently.
• Goal-oriented mindset with an emphasis on operational excellence and safety compliance.
