Job Description:
- Possess extensive knowledge of printing machinery and operations.
- Oversee production and quality control to achieve set targets.
- Develop and implement programming for printing routes.
- Monitor printing quality during machine operation and ensure adherence to machine parameters.
- Track and document all new developments and trial data. 6. Maintain and execute machine maintenance programs.
- Achieve production targets with minimal wastage while ensuring high-quality output.
- Participate in quality meetings, identify printing defects, and implement CAPA.
- Independently manage shifts and coordinate manpower.
- Responsible for job changeovers, time management, and shift production.
- Print on various surfaces including PET, BOPP, PVC, Paper, Nylon, Foil, and Metalized materials.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the machine shop floor area
