 Position:          Asst. Manager - Quality & R&D

Location:          Palej - Bharuch

Experience:       5 - 10 Years

Industries:       Packaging

Responsibilities:        

• Monitor and maintain quality standards for plastic or textile products, particularly in extrusion or knitting processes.

• Conduct testing and analysis of new and existing products, ensuring they meet specifications and performance standards.
• Identify and resolve quality issues in production, including defects, through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist in developing new products, testing prototypes, and improving existing materials and formulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and product consistency.
• Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and R&D progress for internal audits and reports.

Required Qualification:- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Plastic
