Position:         Project Head

Location:        Khopoli - Raigarh

Experience:     15 - 20 Years

Industries:      Pharma 

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of greenfield pharmaceutical formulation projects from concept to commercial production.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee facility design, layout, utilities, cleanrooms, and equipment selection as per GMP norms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (USFDA, EU-GMP, WHO, MHRA) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, QC, production, regulatory, and EHS.
• Manage vendor selection, technical negotiations, procurement, and contract finalization.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) activities.
• Drive risk assessment, mitigation planning, and change management processes.
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and resolve technical or operational challenges.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and auditors during inspections and approvals.
• Establish SOPs, systems, and documentation for smooth operational handover.
• Mentor project and technical teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and capability building.

Required Qualification:-  B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Bio-Technology
